Full-time Store Manager Wanted We are a well-established Service Station situated in a big township in the central north-island region with friendly people and a beautiful environment.
Candidate requirements for must be: - Reliable, responsible, hardworking, friendly and a people person. - At least 5 years working experience including at least 12 months working experience in NZ. - Good communication skills in both English and Chinese and able to talk with customers and suppliers in English. - Able to lead and manage a small team. - Able to work independently without supervision. - A people person, comfortable with dealing with strangers from different backgrounds. - Good IT and social media marketing skills including the use of Facebook, PC, smart phone, Microsoft Word, Excel etc. - able to meet deadlines and follow systems and procedures. - Be physically fit. - Be willing to work with us in long term so we prefer someone willing to relocate with their family. - Retail experience is preferred but NOT necessary.
