Full Time Maternity Leave Contract – Dec 2021 to Nov 2022
Main Responsibilities
- Handle and manage day-to-day warranty product sending and receiving activities with customers.
- Regular stocktake of faulty and used stock and clearance.
- Assist Customer Service/Returns
- Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, & Product Managers as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- 0 – 1 year of experience as customer service.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Work well with dynamic requirements and priorities
- Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary.
- IT product knowledge would be preferred but not necessary.
