Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to make a change?
We are pleased to bring you this position in an award-winning specialist office based on the North Shore of Auckland for an immediate start. With an exciting new brand, strategy, and location this large team is looking for someone to join their growing team and take on an existing portfolio. The company boasts a strong and loyal client following. This business is enjoying strong growth at an exciting point of its transition. This is an amazing time to join a team that has very few vacancies in its history. Business owners involved in the team day to day along with operation managers, strong team support, and excellent accounting and admin team mean that you will have every opportunity to maximize the role. With the ability to manage your own time, grow the relationships in the portfolio and grow your own income as you work alongside the BDM to grow the portfolio this role is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person.
What we’re looking for: - Proven track record of success

- Strong tech ability
- Someone who will add to our team culture
Ideal attributes but not essential: - Previous experience in the Auckland Property Management Market
- Project Management or Renovation experience
- Bi-lingual (This business has many Chinese clients)
A clean driver’s license is essential as you will be given a company car + fuel card etc. The latest tech and strong innovations and technology mean that you will be at the top of your game with this dynamic company.
