About the business: We are looking for someone to join our dedicated and professional team as an entry level Salesperson in our Auckland office. We are a NZ owned company who provide finance to used car dealers throughout New Zealand. Our company offers competitive and tailored products that provide great opportunity to grow market share. About the role: This entry level Salesperson role could include:
- Assisting the Sales team in onboarding new customers, by:
- Conducting initial conversations with the new customer,
- Facilitate the completion of any application forms,
- Obtain the necessary Information required of a new customer,
- Obtain any supporting information for any application for credit approval,
- Assist the Sales team to present the new customer to get credit approval.
2. Assisting the Sales team in maintaining relationships with existing customers, by: 1. Making regular phone calls and visits to existing customers to gather information and understand their needs, 2. Discussing these needs with the Sales Manager and address those to increase the customer satisfaction, 3. Ability to communicate with various stakeholders to assist in finding solutions for our customers. 3. After some time and with the required training, it would be expected that the successful candidate would move into a full Salesperson role. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience including up selling skill.
- Good with numbers where a finance background is an advantage.
- University degree would be an advantage.
- Holds a Drivers licence
