About the Role: The Boutique Sales Associate plays a very important role as the direct link between the finest products and customers. You will ensure a unique client experience throughout all touch points and build Customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales productivity. Key responsibilities: - Consistently achieve and / or exceed the monthly sales target
- Possess strong product knowledge of the entire line of Montblanc products
- Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a pleasant environment
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through memorable client experience and other CRM initiatives
- Capture client information and actively develop a client base, consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships
- Appropriately resolve client issues / concerns and escalate as needed to Management
About You: The Boutique Sales Associate plays a very important role as the direct link between the finest products and customers. You will ensure a unique client experience throughout all touch points and build Customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales productivity. This is a Part-Time position working minimum of 25 hours per week. You will have a flexible schedule and be available to work any day of the week including weekend. Key Experience we are looking for: - Strong retail experience, particularly in luxury or high-end brands
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin is advantage
- A positive professional attitude and presentation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
