We are seeking an office coordinator to join our company, who needs to have a great attitude, and be organized, personable, and detail-oriented. You will coordinate various tasks and functions to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly at all times. Record tasks time spending, conclusion and report, training will be provided. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
can take control over Ordering and stocktake for warehouse Coordinate with warehousing/delivery team and central kitchen team in English and Chinese to ensure smooth central kitchen and warehouse operation Control stock levels and stock input for all departments in the warehouse, with central database management
can independently complete admin tasks issue invoice daily to clients and pass on to departments Organise packing and drivers and re stock. re group drivers and kitchen team for daily and weekly meetings issue City council food safety form to clients and check results, keep records in google drive full competent of organising food labels and allergen lists to MPI standard Manage Retail and wholesale warehouse products
Ideal candidate would have: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative/office coordinator role - Proficiency in computer, especially Microsoft word/excel
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management - Excellent organizational and multitasking - Basic Xero/Unleashed knowledge would be advantageous
- A team player but also can work well independently - efficient and actively communication - Positive attitude and ability to adapt
- Willing to learn - Reliable transport
This is a part time position, minimum 2 days a week range from 10.30am to 6.30pm
