Vesta Electrical has an immediate need for a Full-Time Sales associate located at our Penrose Branch in Auckland.

We are searching for someone who has exceptional customer service skills. This position provides support for various duties, such as counter sales, shop management, and deliveries (full NZ driver license required).

We issue complete training to ensure you are familiar with our system and procedures. You must be fit as some lifting is required.

This position requires some Saturday work.

Responsibilities include：

• Serve customers by creating invoices, quotes and assisting with inquires.
• Manage customers’ accounts by creating credit, receiving payments, and checking prices.
• Willing to communicate and assist customers in a timely and calm manner to help find, order and invoice products.
• Delivery of goods to customers and other branches.
• Receiving and managing inwards good and purchase orders.
• Daily maintenance of the branch by doing stock take and organizing the shelves.
• Work with other branches, to distribute and receive goods.
  

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous work experience in Trade/Electrical Sales preferred, but not required.
• Independent, self-motivated attitude, and a quick learner.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be reasonably fit as some lifting is required
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
