Your responsibilitieswill include:

· Provide timely, accurate and detailed estimatesfor all builds

· Product selection delivers the customer’s expectations for quality,appearance and value

· Product selection provides a comprehensive, buildable and cost-effectiveconstruction solution

· Take-offs (bill of materials) are prepared to completion accurately, andon time

· Check actual outcomes reflect estimations to maximize margin throughregular reporting

· Attending site visits and site meetings where required

· The ability to take the lead as well as work in a team

· Site management and solution

To be successful inthis role you will need:

· Relevant industry qualification in Quantity Surveying at least 2 years

· New Zealand local house building project manage and QS experience

· Knowledge of residential construction practicesand products

· Knowledge of preparation of feasibilities, budgets, variance analysisetc.

· Great communication skills in both Chinese and English
