Our busy Motel Business is located in the center of Palmerston North city, with 20 rooms next to commercial/residential zone. With a reputation for quality service, we work a very friendly and efficient team to provide good hospitality services. We are now seeking a passionate Motel Manager who has the relevant background & experience to manage this business. It is essential that an application for this position is an effective team manager, with great interpersonal communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for the everyday running of the office and facilities and ensuring the Motel is presented to a high standard. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: · Qualification in business management or hospitality/tourism or at least 2 years of relevant work experience · Ability to communicate with a wide range of customers and third parties · Ability to recruit, train and manage staffs · Ability to work late nights and weekends · Ability to solve any issues promptly and without supervision · English language skill is essential Manager accommodation will be provided along with a reasonable pay rate.
