拖车公司与AA的问题

比较复杂。。我们是AAplus会员，但是当时是撞到高速护栏了，所以AA是可以不赔偿的，但是AA电话说可以帮一次忙，因为是在疫情期间，而且车在高速上比较危险。我们也如实说明了情况是怎么回事，说的很清楚，之后来了拖车，司机和我们说AA不会cover的，需要支付他150现金，或者他会报警，他的理由是因为我这是违法的，等警察来拖车就要300了。

我们本身和AA问的是能否送去修理厂，然后AA说只能送到家，但是司机和我们说送去哪都可以，只要给钱。之后就让司机把车送去修理厂了，然后我们做朋友车去ATM取钱。朋友觉得收现金有点奇怪，所以就想打电话给AA确认下，结果AA说这不是他们的拖车，后面又说这是他们的合同商，于是我们又把拖车拖到修理厂和问我们要现金的事说了一遍，然后AA让我们不用给钱，并且可以直接离开，这次的费用会由AA报销，车子会先拖去拖车公司的停车场，在隔天早上再送去修理厂。等我们到家之后，拖车司机就打电话过来说AA不会报销我们任然需要支付，并且因为我们没有立刻付钱，现在价格涨到300了，之后我说我需要半小时才能到，司机就说那现在就需要500才可以。和司机说完后AA也打电话过来了，一个叫Jarry的说他是今晚的负责人，然后他说这次讲不会由AAcover了，我们需要自己和司机协商。在我和他说司机已经加价了，并且我没办法在司机要求的时间去送钱之后，他说他去和拖车公司交谈。等了一段时间之后他说拖车公司可以接受网络银行转账，我们和他确认了价格是不是150之后被转接到了拖车公司，然后拖车公司和我们说我们做的很差，所以现在要支付300才可以了，在争执了一番是不是150还是300之后拖车公司直接挂断了。

挂断之后我们又找了AA，在交流之后，我让他去和拖车公司确认了价格和账号，等了一段时间之后他说拖车公司给出了明确的最后价格是300+GST的拖车和85+GST的费用，然后车就可以在今天拖回修理厂我在昨天晚上和拖车公司发了邮件说明了情况，然后今天早上又问了下进度，拖车公司并没有给出任何报价，并且要求我们打电话过去。

Hi there,

Sorry for the thing that happened tonight, and please tell the driver about our apology too！
Please read about the story below, at the moment the car was towing, we were going to take the money($150 cash), and we know you are helping us so it's right to give back to someone helping us, and apology again to the driver again.
We double checked with AA about our car being towed to another place, so just letting them know will be a thing, because we changed the address, and asked AA about whether we needed to pay any fee to the driver or not.
After we tell AA the story, they said they will double check with their supervisor, after that the lady on the phone from AA told us we don't need to pay anything and we can just back home straight.
And also we checked that for 3 times about do we need to pay and should we leave, and the answer is we don't need to pay anything, and she just told us to just leave, also tell us the car will go back to your yard and will transport to the car shop we asked.
After we got home the driver called us, to tell us we still need to pay and the price now is $300 in 20 mins, we felt very weird because AA just told us not to pay and left. (Also at that time, we don't know you are not from AA, I think that's the main misunderstanding between us, very sorry about it.)
At the time just after the drivers call, the AA call us, I believe the AA person name is Jarry and he said he is the supervisor tonight, and tell us AA will not cover the fee this time, then I told him what was going on about the we need to pay more because it's was actually AA let us go.
After a short silence from the supervisor, he said he will talk to you, after a few mins Jarry back told us we can do the online bank transfer for the fee, and we double checked the amount which is $150, and he did confirm the price, after that my phone get transfer from AA to you and us.
So that's why we keep talking. It's $150 in the phone call, I'm very sorry about it.
All the phone calls have been recorded, so I can make sure everything I said here is correct about what AA did.  

Anyway at the end Jarry told us that the final price will be $385+GST, he said he did confirm the total price, hope that's right, please let us have your bank details, after we got the information, we will transfer the fee ASAP.
