This position would suit someone who has great attention to detail and can work efficiently
Tasks will include:
- Estimating, Drafting and managing major Project Budgets
- Tender Preparation
- Quantity Surveying throughout all your Projects
- Procuring all items within the business and continually checking these items
-Maintaining an Instruction Register and pricing of Variations
- Assistant to the Managing Director, Project Manager and Service Manager
- Assisting with Programming
- General Administration tasks
- Assisting with Health and Safety Planning
Requirements include:
- Knowledge of Construction Techniques to assist in pricing
- Friendly approachable nature
- Can-do attitude
- Outstanding computer skills (Outlook, Project, Word and Excel)
- Eye for detail and getting things right
- Clean and organised
Salary and other benefits will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience.
