这个房子为什么低于cv卖了呢？屋况不错

去看过open home，看起来屋主做了装修，后面还有个独立出租的2室1厅，中介也说85左右就卖，cv84，没想到只卖了82.5，这房子是有啥问题吗？

北岸老区, 然后一楼可能是不是 漏水板?  也许是因为房子老了, 漏水?

混乱中...

不能分割的地都八折卖，中介吹牛逼的全是能分割的，其实分割完每份的价格也就80多万。这年头听中介的吹牛逼你就真傻逼了。

不是吧， 我看了几个bayview的，都卖了95以上，不过是全幅地，这个是个半幅地，但是也不是卖的低的理由吧
