旅游签6/12新规 违反了怎么办

非常尴尬，之前一直是按照9/18来给父母订票过来的

现在情况是NZ五个月-中国5个月-NZ4个月，本来没问题，现在发现移民局官网把多次旅行的时间限定成12个月中只能来6个月，
发现的时候我已经超了。


现在重新开始办一次性签证我也算是违规滞留了啊，真没想到就这样突然违法了

混乱中...

这貌似不是新规，只是边境在执行这条时候非常多样，理论上这个规定是一直要被满足的

之前移民局网站一直是9/18的规定，我很确定一直到今年前几个月都是。
执行多样是什么意思....

9/18与6/12是两条不相矛盾、并行存在的规定。两个规则都在移民规章第V2.15款中有，均于2017年生效（有可能更早也有了，老版本的移民规章我没去查）。

首先有visa和entry permission的区别，一个外国籍的人入境，首先要持有visa，然后在到达新西兰领土后由边境官员决定是否给予entry permission。visa就是签证，持有了签证不代表在边境会被授予entry permission。

简单理解，就是：
9/18是给移民官审核visa申请时候用的；
6/12在边境官员确定是否放行到访者时候执行，执行程度基本由边境官员本身素质、执法素养、专业性等等因素决定。执行的统一程度、准确性、是否松垮等等我就不加以评判了。

How long you can stay depends on if you have a multiple journey or a single journey visa.

Multiple journey Visitor Visa
As a multiple journey visa holder you can visit New Zealand as a tourist for up to 6 months in a 12-month period.

The 12-month period is calculated backwards from the last day you intend to be in New Zealand.
If the last day you will be here is 1 December, then your 12-month period will begin on 1 December of the year before.
To be eligible, you must have been outside of New Zealand for at least 9 months in the 18-month period before you apply.
Single journey Visitor Visa
If you want to visit New Zealand for more than 6 months, or extend your current 6 month stay in New Zealand, we may consider granting you a single journey visa. This allows you to stay for up to 9 months in an 18-month period.

The 18-month period is calculated backwards from the last day you intend to be in New Zealand.
If the last day you will be here is 1 December, then your 18-month period will begin on 1 June of the year before.

刚好也面对同样的问题，因为已经逾期居留了，找移民中介或者律师跟移民局解析同时申请新的旅游签。移民局接受解析下，以后不会影响签证或者PR的。
