We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who is a self-motivator, strategic thinker, who takes responsibility and follows through with action. You will be responsible for supporting the strategic success of company through the design, delivery and implementation of the people strategy, as well as support the business operationally with all things HR. The detailed job description will be provided to the successful candidate.
You must demonstrate experience in the following:
• Minimum of 3 years' HR management experience in large organization(s)
• Experience in online services industry
• A record of success in the HR field with ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Experience in the successful implementation of HR initiatives
• Experience in general administration is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification (s) in business related discipline or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Problem solver, and used to fast paced environments
• Excellent computer skills
• Good time management skills and passion for people
