关于在国内帮配偶办理访问签证1198的疑问

本人在国内，最近想带老婆回NZ，我老婆还不是pr，所以最近在准备帮她办签证。

我们办的是1198配偶类别的签证，我看了，我们要准备的是1198主申请表格，1146是担保人表格，1146还要去新西兰驻国内领事馆认证一下的是吗？还有1025表格是担保人资金担保表格，请问pr担保人的资金担保需要大概多少人民币，去银行开一个bank statement就行了吧，还有就是1027表格，好像1027表格中国人都要填的。

在1146表格上有些英文没看懂，希望大家帮我看看

Were you a principal applicant under Residence- partnership instructions or granted residence as the secondary applicant partner under another residence category?
这问题什么意思啊？是选Yes还是No？？

Have at least five years passed since:
1.you supported or sponsored a principal applicant under Residence-Partnership instructions, or
2.you were granted residence as a principal applicant under residence- Partnership instructions,or
3.you were granted residence under any other category, if you included a partner in that application,or
4.you were granted residence as the secondary applicant partner under any other category?
这里选YES or No or Not applicable

还有一个问题就是表格上文pr之前有没有担保过人，我之前担保过我老婆去新西兰住过，后来回国了，现在再次担保同一个人，所以这次担保是不是要选Yes，把担保过人的信息填上去？？

上面的担保的意思是：你在过去五年之内是否在PR申请中担保过别人或被但保。也就是说你之前在申请PR的时候是否带有配偶或是你的配偶的副申请
