在mall外面停车超过1小时，被开罚单 65刀，合理吗？

在mall 外面免费停车场，停车超过1小时。结果回来的时候被贴了罚单。65刀。请问这个合理吗。当时停车场车位还挺多的wilson的停车场都是这样的吗
这罚单不缴会有什么影响？

何必呢？让停多久就停多久啊，超了1小时罚65也没办法，别人也不是随便给你开一个，肯定是有规定的，还是交了吧，下次注意点。

你要是在mall里花了几千块可以去找mall投诉。。
不然就认了吧。。。不交得话会再往上加。。最后赔得更多。。再不交直接debt collection。。到时候还要交collection f ee

免费多久?贴的什么牌子?
只有一种情况你可以去argue,就是
1你没停到免费时间,2外面没有XX customer only的牌子
否则乖乖交罚单去

咬死没超时，让他们提供证据，不提供就不交。

我试过这么干，然后他们回信说罚款取消。

不过那次我是真的没有超时。

我上次也在newmarket新**酒楼喝茶，车就停对面的停车场，后来就超时6分钟，他就给我一张65的罚单！！！新西兰人办事磨磨唧唧，可是罚单那是速度呀！！！
我第二天早上发现的，一张不宽的防水纸条，OMG！
没办法，只能缴款了！同情楼主，只能说荷包的代价，瘪了！！！

私人的公司都是如此的。new lynn 麦当劳那里就是，但是旁边康嫂的车位，超时只罚15。其实超时是应该罚，但是65实在不是个合理的数字，我记得有过kiwi为此打过官司，还打赢了，但是一般人是不愿意为这几十块钱去费时费力。

我也被罚过，不过我是逛街忘了时间了，我买了很多东西，所以写信过去了，把receipt都寄过去，后来给我取消了

不用貸款，不用信用卡，不還也是可以的呀。

他們也不會為了65告你，最多給你個律師信嚇嚇你。

你不理他們，他們也是沒辦法的。

唯一就是他們有機會讓你拉黑，借錢什麼的有點困難以后。你不借錢，他無你辦法。

然而把disputed 的账目放到信用记录上也是不合法的

不交罚款会收滞纳金，然后越滚越大。。。
不过我也曾经收到过罚单，然后argue成功的。主要看你手里有没有证据咯。如果那个停车场是免费停90分钟的，你停了没有满90分钟，那你就去argue吧，提供照片等等。会成功的。
如果你是超时了，那还是认了吧。毕竟是你理亏。
