父母团聚移民-关于无犯罪记录的问题，我交了啊~

收到移民官的信件，说需要提供信息：
local police certificates for both applicants. these must be translated by an authorised translator.

好奇怪，我之前就是交的父母在公安局开的一张原件，以及这张原件在国内公证处翻译的公证书啊。难道现在政策变了？还是移民官没看清我的材料啊~~~~~~~

有了解的吗？

不是吧，像出生证，无犯罪记录以前都是国内认证的啊，以前都可以啊

公安局开的那份带着公安局公章的原件公正书里边没有翻译。
如果不信，可以不去翻译。

请问楼主，你交的无犯罪公证件里面有翻译吗？我们最近也在为父母办团聚，这个无犯罪的翻译好迷糊

The local police certificate is not the same as the notarised police certificate.
You should provide both the notarised police certificate and the photocopy of the certificate letter from local police authorities with the application.
Any documents not in English must be translated by an authorised translator. Clear?
