无犯罪记录公安局盖章页必须翻译么

交材料的 时候，对于中国的无犯罪记录，只交公证处的公证件就可以，还是必须把公安局盖章页也翻译了（这页纸也是公证处的 表，只是有公安局的章而已）

公安局盖章也不需要翻译，那个只是公证处提供给公安局填资料用的，不用提供给移民局。你做公证的时候直接让做中英文的，移民局中英文的都需要提供。

具体到操作上，可以请公证处开两份证明，一份就是无犯罪记录公证，另一份是公安局盖章页复印件为原件的证明 （公证书中会先复印公安局盖章页，然后翻译成英文，然后证明这页跟原始盖章页一致，就像学历公证那样）。

我已经从国内开好了无犯罪公证，公安局盖章页复印件没有翻译，可能需要在这边翻译，所以我想再确认一下这个是否是必须的

在奥克兰翻译的话，找哪里翻译移民局会认呢

是的，办PR时就交的这样两份公证，移民官没说啥，已经AIP了，等贴纸呢

根据上面INZ网页上的说明是必须交

至少办PR是必须交, 如果你现在不提供公安局盖章页复印件/翻译件，虽然移民局也会受理你的申请，但是后边会让你补交的，又要耽误时间。

找奥克兰任何一家翻译机构都可以的。如果时间实在来不及，可以自己翻译好，请懂中文的JP公证一下（去黄页或者网上查奥克兰JP，找中国姓氏的，事先打电话问可以帮忙否），碰到热心肠的会写上一段话，证明根据自己的中文知识，上述英文翻译件与原件内容一致，并签字盖章，一般来讲移民局也会认可的。

办学生/工作签证可能没有这么严格（可能一份无犯罪公证就过了），不过这要看你所分到的具体移民官了。

我没有提供，移民局也没有跟我要，我看楼上说办PR需要，可是我办PR的时候也是没有提供的，我已经拿到PR了，政策总是在改变，最好是直接打电话到移民局问一下，免得到时候时间也耽误了，资料还需要重新补交。

以上是ITA letter上的要求，是属于PR申请必须上交的文件

嗯 看移民官怎么解读条款。基本上需要翻译。

一个条款是说 无犯罪需要 公证书+ 公安局条子的复印件
另一个条款是说 所有材料，如果非英文的，需要翻译成英文。

有的认为 公证书的英文部分就是 公安局条子的翻译了，所以认为不用另外翻译。
但移民官认为 公证书的英文部分 不是公安局条子的直接翻译，所以还是需要另外翻译。

In my case, I called the call centre several times, they told me they prefer the original document of the local police certificate, which means I have to submit a local police certificate, translation and the notarial certificate, three documents. But actually a copy is fine, and my co can read Chinese, she said I don't need to provide a translation neither. I was told only AFTER I paid 58 for the translation (Auckland Translation Ltd), sad...
I'd suggest submit the documents you have first, and wait for your co to contact you.
It only took one week for getting my work visa. My co was Yvonne Cham from Manukau branch. Sorry I cannot type Chinese at work. Good luck.
