父母2012年八月一号批的三年多次往返 今年八月一号到期 请问我再申请三年多次往返可以七月递表申请吗？还是要八月一号之后递表申请？ 谢谢

No.  A further visitor visa under the parent and grandparent multiple entry category will not normally be approved within three years of the date that the most recent visa was granted under these instructions.

No.  A person who has been in New Zealand for 12 months as a visitor under a special category (including the parent and grandparent multiple entry category) must remain outside New Zealand for 12 months before a further application for a visitor visa may be approved.

同样的问题我有客人遇到过，移民局给出的解释是要现在的签证到期才能申请新的，也就是说八月一号以后。
还有注意这个签证只能在国内申请，不能在新西兰申请。
