去领事馆认证之前,小孩的出生证需要新西兰内政部DIA的公证先,我之前办过,办的时候我本人还不在新西兰,烦死,详细资料如下,希望对你有帮助,我之前给DIA发的邮件,他们回复:
To have documents authenticated the process usually involves a Notary Public, Department of Internal Affairs (DIA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFAT), and the nearest diplomatic or consular processing mission of the country where the document is to be used
Any documents that are being presented to a foreign authority and are required to be authenticated by the New Zealand Government can be authenticated by the Authentication Unit (which is also part of the Department of Internal Affairs).
Your certificates may be forwarded directly to the Authentications unit. The contact details are:

We advise that you contact the Authentication Unit, for information on fees that may be payable, as they can vary from country to country depending on the requirements of the individual country.
You need to provide any additional documents that you wish to be authenticated with your certificate and these must be original documents, and not photocopies.
The DIA processing time is five working days, and the MFAT processing time is an additional two working days.
