What hernedez failed to elaborate on but took for granted, albeit subliminally, as the theoretical underpinning of his proposal is the supposition that among all the minority groups in the State of California Asian people are the richest and the sheer amount of Asian doles in the vault really created a disparity in educational opportunities. Sca5 is not all evil but a good samartian's knee jerk reaction to dial a notch down the ever increasing disparity in the CA uni system that has a lopsided admission policy tipped over in Asian's favor; in fact all unis in the states have been innundated with Asian faces with thousdands more flocking in each year.
