silverdale 的小区旁边那里有块大地在整，有谁知道要盖什么吗？

如题，今天路过看见silverdale路上，大学对面，原来是个农场地的，现在在整，不知道是要建什么？ 是房子，还是商圈？？ 不会是inland port 盖在那吧？？
求问。。。

应该是修公路吧？之前听在council的朋友说会左那边修一条高速直通akl，以后1小时都不用就到akl了。朋友知道后马上在那边买了套房，说以后高速修好后，那边的房价肯定会涨的
