不是路税，柴油车按里程数买，我家每次买5000公里的，三四百吧，记不清楚了

那如果早都搬家并没收到信解释下，迟交的罚款能免掉不，是真不知道…FML

Debt collection fees

你多出的部份是属于以上这个费用吗？属于的话就应该可以免吧。
