梅西华人学生会(MUCSA) 急寻 财务负责人(Treasurer) !!!!!!!!!!!!!

如题,  梅西华人学生会(Massey University Chinese Student Association) 急需一位 财务负责人(Treasurer). 申请人最好有相关的 finance 或 accounting的背景, 如果不是也没有关系, 只要热情, 努力 并有一定能力, 都会被考虑.


TITLE: Massey University Chinese Student Association Treasurer
PERIOD: January - December 2006


DUTIES:
• To attend ASA Inc. Club Administration Seminar;
• To ensure club subscriptions are collected;
• To maintain up-to-date fi nancial records;
• To ensure bills are paid before due date;
• To attend all committee meetings and present bi-monthly financial reports;
• To present the fi nancial records to ASA by December 31st for their audit in January;
• To draw-up a budget for the forthcoming year for approval by the club/society committee; and
• To liaise with the ASA Recreation and Leisure Representative as necessary.


SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Good organisation skills:
• Enthusiasm and an interest in the club; and
• Willingness to learn.


JOB REWARDS:• Looks good on your Curriculum Vitae;
• Recognition from your club and members;
• Free club subscription (if performance-based);
• Free uniform and/or team gear; and
• End of year dinner for club committee.
