anyone doing advance auditing?

does any one doing advance auditing this semester? need help for assignment 2...

I found the example from the ISA 210 the appendix for the engagement letter, but i know that we cant copy and paste for the whole thing, because we need to include the issues that question given:

• the charity's largest funder requires cool kids to have audited accounts. as a result the chief executives ask you in the audit to just focus on the items that are paid for by the funder.
• the charity is very concerned about fraud and having an audit will assure their supporters that no fraud has taken place in the charity
• the financial statements need to have the auditor add all appropriate notes to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting practice.
  

But the thing is, how can we add all the issue into the engagement letter? is it under the responsibilities of the auditor? or "other matters under the corporation act 2001"?
