其实一直在家有做pancake。。。。今天在youtube上又看到了一个,觉得这个是我至今,觉得蛮专业的配方和制作方法,我下午孩子放学后,我就给他们做了。。。。在天维,时常有妈妈们说,给孩子吃点什么,那么我觉得这个很简单的,而且做到现在,无论是孩子们,还是他们的朋友们,都觉得喜欢。。。那么就给大家分享一下吧。。。。http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=soByLvI6SSY&feature=related
配方我就帮大家记录一下吧:(不过,是英文版的,我比较懒,大家要中文的话,自己花点时间吧。)
HOW TO MAKE THEBEST PANCAKES IN THE WORLD This recipe will make about 20 pancakes
Pancakes: 1pint = 0.6 litres 1 lb = 450g 6 oz = 170 g
3 Eggs
1 pint ( 0.6 litres ) milk
1 lb ( 450 g ) self raising flour
6 oz ( 170 g ) caster sugar 3 tea spoons baking powder First break the 3 eggs into a large jug or bowl Now pour the pint of milk into the eggs Now whisk the eggs and milk together Now add the dry ingredients.. first the 1 lb selfraising flour Next the 6 ounces caster sugar Then the 3 tea spoons of baking powder Now whisk all the ingredients together Leave the batter to rise for about 1 hour Then take a large spoon and beat the batter to a thickdropping consistency If you think it’s too thick add a splash of milk Heat a large frying pan or griddle on a medium heat Wrap a piece of butter in a serviette to grease thepan Now turn the heat up to full and use the spoon todollop the batter on to the pan Leave the pancakes to cook until bubbles appear andthe edges dull Separate them with a spatula if they have stucktogether Now flip them with the spatula! Leave them to cook on the other side for about three minutes They should be evenly browned on both sides Place the cooked pancakes on to a wire wrack with aclean dish towel over it Flip the towel over the top to keep them soft There is nothing nicer than a warm pancake with butterand jam.
