关于1200的福利的问题

请问一下关于1200的给新生宝宝的是和父母的收入有关系的吗？还是只要是有新生宝宝就可以申请的呢？宝宝已经2个月了还可以申请吗？表格是哪个啊？

你说的是sick benefit吧....如果父母都是有工作的那么妈妈要申请的是Paid Parental Leave而不是sick benefit

老公跟洋人朋友打听了一下，一共有两个$1200,是不一样的。第一个是PPL和$1200选择一个，也就是说如果全职妈妈而且工资还OK的，那么选择PPL肯定比拿$1200合算，如果收入不高或者没有工作的妈妈，那就可以选择$1200. 这个是针对妈妈的。  另一个叫Parental Tax Credit， 是说给每个新生儿的，但是有条件，就是没有向IRD领以下福利的：1.an income-tested benefit from the Department of Work and Income 2.New Zealand Superannuation or veteran's pension 3.a student allowance 4.weekly accident compensation (for more than three months).
这样的宝宝可以获得IRD给的$1200

上面12万以上的就没有拿了~

按照网上的说明，这个是无关夫妇收入的，8周以后就领取奶粉金，奶粉金就要根据收入来呢

应该是要打电话去IRD申请，因为我上IRD网找表格，但是没有找到，那应该就是打电话问的。不过我在网上看到说这个Parental Tax credit不能和PPL同时拿，也就是说你要在拿完PPL以后才能申请PTC。具体要打电话问吧。

Important

You can either get parental tax credit or paid parental leave. You can't get both payments at the same time.

PPL和parental tax credit只能2选1的，不能同时拿。

没工作的话，只能申请parental tax credit, 其实就是working for family tax credits的一部分，要看家庭年收入的，网上申请或填Working for Families Tax Credits registration (FS1)表申请，戳这里 http://www.ird.govt.nz/wff-tax-credits/applying/apply-now/

Apply online

Apply for Working for Families Tax Credits for the period 1 April to 31 March by using our online Working for Families Tax Credits registration (FS1) form. You can find it under "Get it done online".
Important

If you apply online, you will have to complete additional forms or post additional information to us if you:

    meet the residence requirements for Working for Families Tax Credits but:
        you weren't born in New Zealand, or
        you don't have New Zealand citizenship
    and/or your spouse or partner are self-employed
    have a child in your care who doesn't have an IRD number
    have more than six children
    share the care of a child
    would like to claim Working for Families Tax Credits for the previous year and your details are different from the current year.

Apply using the Working for Families Tax Credits registration (FS1) form

    Apply using your secure online services account. You can register by clicking "register now". One you're registered you'll be able to access your personal details, view and manage your accounts and communicate with us using secure mail.
    Order a Working for Families Tax Credits registration (FS1) form through our 0800 self-service line on 0800 257 773. Please have your IRD number handy.

        Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and
        Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
    Print out a Working for Families Tax Credits registration (FS1) form. You can find it under "Forms and guides". Complete it and post it to us.
