FreeHearing Tests for children aged 3 ½ - 5 ½ years of age through the Master ofAudiology degree programme.

Areyou interested in having your child’s hearing tested? (Or do you know ofsomeone who may be interested?)

Masterof Audiology students, at the beginning of their clinical experience withchildren, need to test the

hearingof a number of children aged between 3 ½ and 5 ½ years to gain experience inbasic test techniques.

Weare looking for another 55 children in this age group whose parents would behappy to volunteer to have their child’s

hearingtested at our teaching clinic at The University of Auckland’s Tamaki Campus inGlen Innes.

Eachchild will be tested by a first year Master of Audiology student, under thesupervision of a senior

Audiologist.

Appointmentswill be held on eithera Wednesday or Friday between the 19thof September and the 19th of October and

willbe scheduled for 60 minutes, although the testing time may be shorter thanthis.
