The first step is go to C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Setup. There you should cut and paste the ‘diablo3_enus’ file into another location. This step is for saving the file just in case you need to revert. After that, you should run the Set-up file as Admin. This step will lead you to bring up the ‘Checking for Updates’ then once done, it should bring up the Diablo 3 Splash screen. Next, you can continue on to install. Keep it mind if you are asked to do activation, do not do it since you are an AP holder, therefore you do not need to activate. Instead, you will start your download automatically.

Another alternative is going to the agent.exe program. If your agent.exe program never runs in the Task Manger during the installation, it may be a virus which influences the program and messes up the registry. To fix BLZPTS00007 it, chek the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution. Scan the viruses relating to the .exe files. You can try any fixes, who knows one of them will be the best solution for your error. Since the error happened frequently on the game, Blizzard should be more aware and then releases the proper workaround.

1. 删除文件夹  c:\programdata\battle.net\
2 .在services里 ，设置服务 Secondary logon  为automatic startup并且start 这个服务。
