Your role entails taking an active and energetic rolewithin the development team, and working to achieve the collective goals of theteam and the company. We strive to maintain a dynamic, fun and creative workingenvironment and as a member of the development team we’ll be looking to you tobe productive in this environment and to lead others by example.

As a guide, your key responsibilities will include, butare not limited to:

·        Development of our MobileWeb Site according to our development process and programming standards

·        Contribution to businessand systems requirements analysis, and the design and usability of new featuresand functionality

·        Input into the userexperience (UX) and user interface (UI) aspects of the mobile web suite ofprojects

·        The creation andmaintenance of technical and business rule documentation

·        Participation in specialinitiatives and projects as required

·        Unit testing of your ownwork, and occasionally the work or others, using relevant manual and automatedmethods

·        Participation inconversations about how we write, test & deploy code, and improve theprocesses of the team

·        Ensuring our sites arealways available and consistently beating our performance targets

·        Peer review and testing ofcode produced by other developers

·        Participation in productstrategy and direction for our web sites

·        Demonstrating andpromoting the company values
