changing jobs

Thinking about changing my job.
My current job is fairly relaxing. i do not have to do much if i do not want to. The pay is ok = it is enough if i do not spend it on luxury stuff, i.e. brandy bags. There is not any challenge for me.  
There is one position at another company. That role is more challenging and it needs lots of energy and requires lots of thinking (I do not think much nowadays as I do not need to, just routine procedures). The pay is better than my current one.
Oh, btw, my current boss and colleagues are extremely nice. If I change to the other place, I am sure I will come across some nasty people.
