Work required:
To remove old bath and wall linings and dump.
To renew floor in bathroom as required with tanalised plywood.
To renew bath, build out walls over bath with aqualine gibboard and line with
hardiglaze wet wall linings.
To supply and install a fixed bath screen and shower curtain rail to prevent water
damage to vanity.
Note:
The existing bath does not have sufficient lip and is not designed to accept wet
wall linings and be used as a shower. The current linings are not sealed and
water is leaking into the walls, also there is no allowance for plumbing repairs.
The condition of plumbing cannot be ascertained until the walls are opened up. |
