Graduate Diplomas in IT(Level 7) 申請 partner work visa

我剛收到移民局回我的EMAIL如下:

In this instance your partner does not appear to meet the requirements to be granted a work visa under the family stream (partner of a student) for the following reasons.

1) You need to be studying for a level 7 or higher qualifications in an area of absolute skill shortage 'as specified' in the Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL). If you take a look at the LTSSL it 'specifies' a bachelors degree (level 7). Unfortunately, a graduate diploma level qualification is not the same as a degree level qualification.

是不是真的Graduate Diplomas in IT(Level 7, 1year), 不能申請WORK VISA給我老公哦?

A person who holds an ‘open’ work visa might be:

•the partner of someone who holds a student visa to study towards a postgraduate qualification, or for a level 7 or higher qualification listed on the Long Term Skill Shortage List. In this case, they could have a work visa for the same length of time as their partner is allowed to study in New Zealand.

1. Level 7 Post-graduate,
2. Level 7 qualification 或者是
3. LTSSL的qualification.

如果你能证明你学的这个 ‘Graduate Diploma in IT’ 是nzqa认证的Level 7的就符合第二个。不然确实办不了。
不是你说level 7就是level 7的，如果是你读的这个学校说的，那就应该在nzqa查的出来这个qualification.不然这个学校的学历就没有可信度。

Thank you for contacting us.

It does need to be a Bachelors degree level 7 qualification as Veisinia stated. Even if the Graduate diploma has similar or higher content it is still not acceptable.
I have highlighted the requirements below:
Bachelor Degree (Level 7)
qualification majoring in
electronics, computer science, or
telecommunications

是不能办的。IT必须是BACHELOR  DEGREE.
