如题，想找个land surveyor分清与邻居的boundary。请问大家有推荐吗？谢谢！！

有图纸。但不可能自己用绳子去量吧？要找Surveyor就是因为有个麻烦的邻居，这下分清了以后就不会有后顾之忧了。

同学，你以后康嫂真的什么资料都有嘛？可能新报建的房屋会比较资料齐全，如果老房子的话就不太可能了。我手头上有康嫂所拥有的关于我房子的资料，没有很详细的。而且，我们有个比较难搞的南非邻居。即使有详细资料，自己弄的话还可能会有后患，所以想找个中间人正式做比较好。

A land surveyor will undertake a site survey to define the boundary between yours and your neighbour, he will then draft a new survey plan (图纸) and lodged with the Land Information New Zealand, which will be then registered against the Cert. of Title (CT) of the property - there is nothing to do with Council.

Just check the Yellow Pages for section under the heading of "Surveyor" and any company there should be able to do a good job.

In face, the previous owner of the property did get land surveying done, because I could see a couple boundary pegs on site.  Any chance that Council would have the record of it?  Thanks again!

It is not likely that Council would have this record unless the site was subdivided or have an application for boundary adjustment.

I would still suggest you to check the title and the associated survey plan first.

我就是surveyor，不要看就打2个木桩，这个不便宜啊，要1500以上。
你这是和邻居有纠纷，所以要按土地局要求打完庄上交图纸存档。能协商还是协商吧

agree.the surveyor not only need to put the pegs in. they also need to provide a plan shows the boundary. We had sent some quotes out and the clients were surprise the cost.

其实并没有跟邻居有纠纷，只是这家邻居比较麻烦。所以觉得能小心则小心点，省得以后多事。现在邻居给我回了，说要做land surveyor的话可以，你自己去做我不付钱。

这个房子的上手房东其实就买了我们和邻居2家，听中介说本来打算做幼儿园的，所以都已经survey过。我邻居说在他那边有boundary pegs，而我们这边在boundary的一前一后也有2个。我自己在QS公司上班，认得出是boundary pegs，所以这个应该没有错的。只是我不太确定那些pegs准确度有多少。
