1,I would like to know what's the different between Current Skilled Employment and Skilled Employment Job Offer?

2.Can I apply PR if I have a job as Commis Chef but no job offer?

Current Skilled Employment =you are current working in a skillful job

Skilled Employment Job Offer=you are current not working in that job, you have a job skillful offer which you will work for later

i think Commis Cheif is consider as skillful ~
