Sorry LZ mum, I can't type Chinese suddenly, but you have check out your visa condition first before you think about whether you eligible to apply any further visas onshore, visa conditions such like no future stay is the one strictly limite you to apply future visa, but you can apply condition waiver.
whether you son should reside with you, I can't answer you. but, if you are eligible to apply partner visa onshore, then your son (under 18 years) can be included as secondary applicant into your partner visa application. In order to be qualify as your secondary applicant in your partner visa application, your son should satisfy the requirement set out in the dependent child.
