Auckland Council runs a number of busy and popular staff cafes and an extensive catering service across multiple sites in the Auckland region.
The catering service supervisor for South Auckland looks after the day-to-day operations in our Manukau based site. As an experienced supervisor, you will be an integral part of the team, with hands-on involvement in service. In the future, there may be opportunities to grow the scope of the business. Take the lead in delivering consistent, high quality customer service, maintaining top-notch health and safety standards, whilst focussing on balancing your budget. You will be joining a people focussed organisation, working with a small team.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:
- Effective staff management skills
- Experience developing and implementing best practice systems and processes
- Financial acumen and proven experience managing budgets
A current hygiene certificate is required, and a bar manager's licence would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and capable administrator to confidently deliver outstanding administrative support to the Manager Central Operations and wider team within Auckland Councils Property department.
You will be an organised and methodical individual, known for your ability to multi task. Your proactive nature and meticulous approach along with your great attention to detail will make you perfect for this role. You will have the ability to work autonomously, develop solutions to problems and managing workflow within the team will be your forte.
Ideally, you will have a relevant qualification with 3 years administrative or office management experience. You will in possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, previous exposure to MS Projects, CRM and SAP would be advantageous. Exposure to a Property or Facilities Management environment would be an advantage.

IT方面的有system administrator
Key competencies required are:
- IT helpdesk (desktop) user support. Knowledge and experience with Windows based networks and operating systems.
- Project management experience, preferably IT projects
- Report writing (Concept paper, business case, status reports)
- Write/ update policies and procedures
- Intermediate level computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
We are seeking applicants with prior knowledge of business processes and systems, problem solving within an IT environment and a proven ability to build and maintain good working relationships. You will ideally have a minimum of two years open space operational experience.

The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified, supported by multiple years experience within an architecture team or consultancy, preferably within a large complex organisation. Previous solution architecture experience with a strong domain expertise in information architecture is a must. Industry standard framework certifications such as TOGAF and MIKE2.0 would be an advantage. Good communication and relationship building skills are essential.
