问问关于新西兰的找工作中介

请问一下奥克兰这边有没有什么大型的华人的猎头公司啊，想找个工作，之前好像找工板块那里有个叫华威的的人力资源的公司，现在不见了，那个公司好吗？

Hi LZ,
don go to any agents, it is just a waste of time and $$$$$.
They can only get the job for those who have work experience and very professional skills.
If you go to the KIWI agent, the available jobs are all for highly skilled and experineced people.
If you go to the Chinese agent, the available jobs are all labour jobs like carpenter, housekeeper, cleaner, welder, and builder etc.
Don rely on agents, just go find it by yourslef or ask your freinds, it would be much better.

I have got experience before, Here is the summary.
KIWI agent = waste of time
Chinese agent = waste of time + waste of $$$$.

By the way, the best way to get a job is to contact the boss of the company directly.
(P.S: don talk to the reception ladies or mangers, the DIRECTOR and headmaster in HR are the only ones who can help you.)
Just google the companies which related to your major, then get the ph no. (P.S: don email you CV until you talk to some 1 there, otherwise it is just a waste of time because most of the time our emails will go to their JUNK BOX, or the reception ladies will just truck that away).  Then say "I am seeking a job now and who is the best person to talk to?".
You will need to talk to the right person so you won't miss any chances.

www.seek.co.nz 上面有很多的猎头公司的。 trademe...都可以试试的。自己去吗，我觉得有些盲目。最好先做一下准备，搜集一些对口的公司。。。然后再 通过猎头，或上门。。。
