请问钱扣了，代表给签证吗？

还是说钱照扣但是签证给不给还要再议

目前是就读幼教LV7的 6月底毕业，但是现在已经找到工作了
雇主希望越早开始越好，可是我现在使学生签只能工作20小时
这种情况应该怎么办？
可以申请工签加VOC吗？ 申请的话是essential skills？ 批下来的几率大概多少？

1，你是学生签证转FULL TIME WORK不能VOC,2，Essential skills policy因为你现在没有Level7的学历就不算Long Term Skill Shortage需要打广告证明新西兰人或者PR不能胜任你的职务。如果你有Level5的学历， 建议你用这个学历用Essential skills policy加 work and income（Have you listed the vacancy with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) — Work and Income?
provide information regarding the outcome of that listing (eg number of Work and Income clients
referred, percentage of referred who took up employment, and duration of employment of those who took
up employment). Provide the contact name and phone number of the Work and Income work broker.）来申请请工作签证，然后申请VOC PART TIME读Level 7。

但是那个职位没有在 work and income list

只能证明移民局开始处理或者准备处理你的CASE了。不代表批签证了。
