shdocvw.dll 问题

最近下载出现问题，不能下载，I looked at other forums and 有人建议 运行"regsvr32 shdocvw.dll."

When I tried the regsvr32 shdocvw.dll, it said "The module shdocvw.dll was downloaded but the entry point DIIRegsiterServer was not found. Make sure that shdocvw.dll is a valid DLL or OCX file and try again"

shdocvw.dll is in my system32 folder.

请问哪位大大给能帮忙解决？

IE 9好像有问题，之前点发送，没反应，多点了几下，所以变成现在好几个贴，sorry

从网上下一个就好了，用百度找。。别用GOOGLE找。。
顺便卸载IE9
