Does anyone take the route from SH16 to Sh18, the path that for west people to go shore to work around the back?

There is a consturction site at the end of the motorway sh16 (they building the new motorway from Hobsonville to the Albany Motorway)

between Royal Rd and Hobsonville off/on ramp, the speed limit is 70km temporary due to construction site, yes, i just realize today. and there is a gap for the site entrance, a blue toyota van was parking there and when i drove by i saw 2 flashes from my back mirror, i dunno wethere it is the construction indication light (the orange spinning light) or the flashes from the speed camera...
