请问我能CLAIM长期短缺职业的15加分吗？情况是这样的：我的中国学士学位和新加坡硕士学位都在新西兰承认的学历范围之内，而且有超过14年的新加坡工作经验，可是我的学历都不在Washington Accord之内。我在网站看到12月5号之后长期短缺职业加分要求好像有改动，请看第三列：

| A Washington Accord accredited engineering degree OR
Either a qualification specifically recognised by NZQA as comparable to a:
Bachelor of Engineering, or
Bachelor of Engineering (with Honours), or
Master of Engineering degree
OR
A bachelor degree (Level 7) or higher with a letter
from IPENZ certifying that the degree and any further learning meets the
academic requirements for registration as a “Chartered Professional Engineer” in New Zealand
OR
NZ registration as a “Chartered Professional Engineer”

OR

这是否意味我即使不是国际承认的注册工程师也能凭新西兰承认的学历（不在WASHINTON ACCORD之内）和工作经验而申请15分的长期短缺职业加分？如果不能，我怎样才能得到这个加分？请知道的帮忙解答，先谢谢了。 |
