请问大家回国了还能从新申请PR吗？在09年12月的时候收到局里的信说是综合分数是105，但是超过了9个月的审核期，需要从新申请但是这时候申请的工签被拒了，只能回国，本来也不抱什么希望，但是现在越想越觉得可惜，所以想问问大家当时移民局认可的分数现在我在国内申请还算数吗？虽然现在没在那里工作，但是之前的工作记录和读书记录还认可吗？

You may recall that we wrote to you on 20 July 2009, raising concerns regarding your Expression of Interest (EOI). You were afforded an opportunity to reply to these concerns by 03 August 2009 as it appeared your EOI may be returned to the Pool. Your agent has requested an extension to 20 August 2009.
I have requested your agent to provide your Summary of Earning from IRD and further extend to 04 September 2009.
I have received your agent’s reply which I have summarised below:

Email dated on 26 August 2009 with the attachment of your Summary of Earning from IRD.

I have carefully considered your submissions and now make the following assessment:
Either you or your agent has not responded to my previous letter, regarding to the concerns that:

Your employer does not appear to meet the requirements under SM7.20.a.ii, SM7.20.a.iii, SM7.20.b and SM7.20.c;

Your employment does not appear to be ongoing to meet the requirements SM7.15.b;

·
You do not appear to meet the English requirements under SM5.5.
It therefore appears that you have agreed my concerns above.
I also had concern that your current remuneration of $35200 per year (for 40 hours per week) is not considered to be comparable to the market rate in New Zealand. According to the Summary of Earning that your agent provided, my assessment of your current remuneration was correct ($35200 per year for 40 hours per week or $33000 per year for 37.5 hours per week). Therefore my concern remains the same.
Based on above assessment, the concerns in my previous letter dated on 20 July 2009 remain the same.
I also note that at the time your EOI was submitted, you qualified for 30 points for your age (20-29 year-old). However you had turned 30 year-old on 04 August 2009 and you will only qualify for 25 points for your age (30-39 year-old), should you be invited to apply for resident.


Points currently awarded
We have assessed you as being eligible for the following points at this time:
Age:                                                                           25 points
* Recognized qualification:                                          50 points
* Basic qualification in New Zealand:                            05 points
* Work experience for 4 – 6 years:                             15 points         
Work experience in New Zealand for 2 – 3 years:         10 points         
* Be accepted at the face value at the stage of Expression of Interest, subject to further verification.
105 total points allocated.
The minimum is 100 points for submission to the Pool.
What to do now
Your EOI has been returned to the Pool. If you wish to update your EOI to be eligible for future Immigration New Zealand selections then please do so via the online service.
Please note that you are able to continue your employment as long as you remain on a valid permit.
Please note, too, that the outcome of this EOI does not affect your ability to obtain further temporary permits to remain in New Zealand as the criteria of eligibility is different between temporary and residence policy to reflect the different aims and objectives.
Your EOI has now been finalised and no further consideration is available.  I also ceased to be a contact person for your immigration queries.

短期的能拿什么签证呢?旅游签能转工签吗？咨询中介说是可以，但是也要找到工作以后才会说能不能批工签，如果不批又是白忙活。如果直接从国内申请学生签证的话，30几的人能通的过吗？

关键是现在要回来拿什么签证呢？如果不是直接工签的话其他途径都很难换工签。
