Education Consul HU Yanchu (James) from China Consulate-General is coming to Wintec to issue Validation Letter of Overseas Study for Chinese Graduates (Diploma and Degree).

6.
取得PR资格5年的,需提供新西兰内政部出具的未入籍证明

Diploma and Degree qualification (original and copy)
3.
Academic records (original and copy)
4.
Wintec letter to state your start and completion time and student ID number

Student with NZ permanent residency over 5 years needs a letter from NZ Internal Affairs to prove not becoming a NZ citizen
