工作内容 | Responsibilities 主导住宅与商业景观项目的全流程管理，从规划、设计到施工交付 制定项目计划、资源调配及进度管理，确保项目按期、按质、按预算完成 协调设计团队、施工团队及业主，成为项目顺利推进的关键纽带 与客户保持紧密沟通，提供专业建议并汇报项目进展，确保客户满意度 参与施工现场管理，监控质量、成本及安全标准 Lead and manage residential & commercial landscape projects end-to-end, from planning and design to construction delivery Prepare project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget Coordinate design teams, construction teams, and clients to keep projects running smoothly Maintain close client communication, provide expert advice and project updates to ensure satisfaction Participate in site management, monitoring quality, cost, and safety standards
任职要求 | Requirements 工程、景观或相关专业学历 2年以上项目管理经验，熟悉施工流程、合同管理及预算控制 能看懂基本施工图纸，了解新西兰建筑施工规范 优秀的沟通、组织与协调能力，能独立管理多项目及团队 中英文流利 新西兰有效驾照 Degree in Engineering, Landscape, or related field 2+ years of project management experience, familiar with construction processes, contract administration, and budget control Able to read basic construction drawings and understand NZ building codes Strong communication, organization & coordination skills; ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently Fluent in both English and Chinese Valid NZ driver’s license
