* Start Date: ASAP Stone Tech is a stone benchtop fabrication company based in Auckland. We work with cabinet makers, builders, and designers to deliver high-quality kitchen and bathroom surfaces using porcelain, quartz, and natural stone. Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Project CoordinationPrepare and revise job quotations; enter confirmed orders into the system Coordinate internal schedules for templating, cutting, installation, and deliveries Maintain and update the shared company calendar
2. Client Communication & AftercareAct as the main office contact for clients throughout the project cycle Follow up after installations for feedback and issue resolution Support customer satisfaction and maintain service records
3. Invoicing & Financial AdminIssue invoices upon job completion Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments Liaise with accounting staff for reconciliations
4. Stock & Procurement SupportAssist with local purchasing of tools, consumables, adhesives, etc. Record stock movement; help coordinate monthly stocktake with factory staff Liaise with China-based procurement when needed
5. Digital & Online ManagementMaintain TradeMe and other product listings Respond to online enquiries in a timely and professional manner Support light digital marketing tasks when requested
6. Assistant to General ManagerTrack progress of internal tasks, update timelines, and assist in follow-up with team members Draft reports, forms, or summaries for the manager Assist in internal process coordination and business development activities Support meeting preparation, note taking, or follow-up task tracking
7. Client Site Visits & Measurements (Occasional)Join the manager or technician in client meetings, showroom visits, or installation sites Assist with basic onsite measurements or documentation as trained Represent the company in a professional manner during customer-facing activities
Requirements:Fluent in both English and Mandarin is preferred Proficient in Xero ,Excel, Word, Google Calendar, and other office tools Strong sense of execution – must complete tasks quickly and accurately (this is the most important) Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a love for tidiness and order Excellent time management and multitasking skills under pressure Newcomers without experience are welcome, but must have a positive learning attitude and strong responsibility Experience in the building, cabinetry, or benchtop industry is a strong advantage Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients Resident visa ,citizen or open work visa
