About the Role As a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with everything from technical issues to billing inquiries. This is a full-time, office-based role in Penrose, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting (WiFi, router configuration, etc.) Process customer orders and provisioning requests Respond to billing-related questions Answer inbound sales calls (no cold calling)
About You We’re looking for someone who: Has excellent spoken and written English (90% of our customers are English-speaking) Has a background or strong interest in IT, telecommunications, or tech support (preferred but not required) Understands basic networking (e.g., routers, WiFi setup) Enjoys solving problems and helping people — even in challenging situations Can multitask and work efficiently under pressure Is tech-savvy and confident using computers and CRM systems
