Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our Design team creating buildable residential homes within a volume delivery environment. The team work closely with our engineers and builders to deliver completed consentable designs to our customers.
This is a Full-time and/or In House Contractor Position. Dependent on the applicant's situation.
As a minimum to be shortlisted, a candidate will require:
- A tertiary qualification in Design and/or Architecture is essential.
- 2-3 years of design experience in the NZ residential construction environment using Revit design software essential.
- Strong communication (written and verbal English) and self-management skills.
- A valid New Zealand working permit (WorkVisa/PR/Citizen)
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a fun and dynamic team environment.
- Full-time and/or In House Contractor Position. Dependent on the applicant's situation
