I would assume most people around the world rather having a clean title ... maybe this line doesn't fit New Zealand or this is one of the factor that so many people left the country...... including myself

I don't know which country you are in, but if you are living in a western country, most of them have similar or even lighter consequences of personal bankruptcy.

Well ... we all have losers around no matter where you are,  personal bankruptcy might not be anyone's first choice anywhere...

Sure it should never be. But western countries have been toward rehabilitation over punishment.

不要随便为了避债而申请破产 最好咨询一下律师 因为一旦申请破产 就背上黑史 可能连工作 租房都不行 生活是十分艰辛的
