We are looking for a flatmate near Kristin School in Albany!

The house has been renovated and is in excellent condition, with all essential appliances and furniture provided!
It features a central heating system, ensuring great temperature control throughout the year, and double-glazed windows to keep the house warm in winter.

All rooms are double-room size and come with a large wardrobe, making it easy to store clothes.

Parking:
There is plenty of parking available right in front of the house, except during school pick-up and drop-off hours.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe as it is next to a primary school.

The available room is the corner room marked in red in the floor plan, and you will be using the bathroom right next to it.
Each room is equipped with double blinds, allowing you to use either blackout blinds or regular ones as needed.

The laundry room is separate for convenience, with a Samsung latest model drum washing machine.
All appliances and furniture were purchased new when moving in, so most of them are brand new.
